Full-time & Part-timeWe are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Cake Decorator & Baker to join our team. This position is responsible for making cakes from start to finish: preparing batter, baking cake layers, assembling and filling cakes, and decorating them to customer requests and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cake batters and bake cakes according to recipes and production needs.
- Assemble and fill cakes, then frost and decorate them using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with frosting, fillings, icing, and decorative materials.
- Follow designs, written instructions, and customer requests.
- Write names, messages, and other requested text neatly and accurately.
- Check finished products for appearance, quality, accuracy, and freshness.
- Handle, store, and package cakes and baked goods carefully to prevent damage.
- Keep baking and decorating tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and personal-hygiene requirements.
- Restock ingredients and decorating supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Able and willing to prepare, bake, assemble, fill, and decorate cakes.
- Previous cake-baking, cake-decorating, or bakery experience preferred but not required.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

The cashier will be responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, providing excellent service, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming front-counter area.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take accurate orders for Mexican food, beverages, and other menu items.
- Enter orders correctly into the restaurant POS system.
- Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, prices, and specials.
- Process cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment accurately.

Full-time & Part-timeWe're seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member for our tortilla manufacturing team. This position operates automatic tortilla counting and stacking equipment, monitors product quality, packages finished tortillas, and prepares orders for distribution.
Responsibilities
- Operate automatic counting and stacking equipment according to company procedures.
- Monitor equipment to ensure tortillas are counted and stacked correctly.
- Inspect tortillas for quality, appearance, freshness, size, and consistency; remove damaged or unacceptable products.
- Transfer tortilla stacks into the correct packaging, then package, seal, label, and date products.
- Check package quantities and ensure products meet company standards.
- Report equipment problems, product-quality issues, and production needs to a supervisor.
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and sanitary; follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures.
- Restock supplies, handle products carefully, and assist with cleaning equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
